Top Of The Shops - Topshop A/W 2014 Collection

Even though it's A/W it's basically "all year round clothes" because it's rare you ever have a nice day in Britain.

Topshop released their Autumn/Winter collection in the last couple of days, so I will basically brief, give my own view and also show you similar items that can match the outfits.

What's going on?
So, looking at the Topshop A/W collection I can see that tan, pastels, fur and mixing in textures is a hit in the next coming months.

Pastels were a hit in the S/S collection which means you can contine to wear these colours in the autumn (I would to wear them around December because this is the time when you embark on the train of dark/almost grunge but also highlight with red lips and glitter).
Tan coats are a hit this Autumn, whether they are short or full length. Fur is making a rise and what better season to wear it in than Autumn and Winter! Fur not only keeps your warm but is seen as the pinnacle of fashion. I would suggest that you wear faux fur, which is what they sell in many fashion haus'. Mixing textures seems to be coming in, including silk and fur dresses and glitter and netted tees.

How shall I wear it?

Team this lovely Tan Coat with a cream knitted jumper and jeans/shorts with tights ofc. Match with tan riding boots.

You want to create a simple outfit with this, so that you don't overpower the coat. Simple wear with a band tee and ripped jeans with converses. ROCKER

Wear this to your Christmas party! Have your hair tied if possible to draw attention to the dress or have a more messy hair down style to create a rock chick style. You can (if you have the hair style) make this into a 40's outfit with soft curls. Match with simple plain heels.

Beautiful for walks in the Autumn. Wear with leggings or jeans and a plain white vest. Have your hair tied in a messy bun.
